Ingredients4 boneless chicken thighs
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1. Mix all ingredients except chicken together. Coat chicken thoroughly in the marinade. Put coated chicken in a Ziploc bag or bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. In a little cooking oil, cook the chicken over medium heat. Flip and coat with marinade. Remove from heat once the chicken is thoroughly cooked through and the juices run clear.
