The recipes in the list represent a considerable amount of time spent experimenting in my "kitchen." The tiny space and limited resources (2-burner stove, sink, no counter, half-sized fridge, rice cooker) it presented were the original inspiration for a project I called 'The Year of Using the Rice Cooker for Everything but Rice'. As of now all of these recipes are my own creation/adaptation, but hopefully others will help to expand the list in the future. ~D. Kriegh
