About

A collection of Korea-friendly recipes, the Fulbright Korea ETA Cookbook 2.0 is an interactive, online continuation of a book-version, community cookbook compiled by Dara Kaye and J.J. Silverstein (ETA '09-11).

In addition to everyday foods, this blog features special sections on ethnic foods, rice cooker (and other appliance) adaption miracles, and school/class friendly food projects. We intend to become a comprehensive source for cooking quality meals in the Republic of Korea.
